This course introduces Linux and the open-source industry including the most popular open-source applications. Through hands-on activities, students will develop the technical proficiency to work on the Linux command line and have a basic understanding of security and administration related topics. This course prepares students for the Linux Professional Institute (LPI) Linux Essentials certification.
