The Southern Virginia Higher Education Foundation exists to open doors and create opportunities for curious minds in southern Virginia. Through financial support of programs and students at the Southern Virginia Higher Education Center, the Foundation makes it possible for individuals in our community to access life-changing opportunities.

SVHEF Scholarship Program

The SVHEF Scholarship program supports students enrolled in college degree or job training programs at the SVHEC. Each year, the Foundation awards thousands of dollars in scholarships to provide access to education in southern Virginia. With numerous awards available, we encourage every student to submit an online scholarship application.
