The Industrial Maintenance Electrical & Instrumentation (IMEI) program prepares learners for a career as a skilled industrial maintenance technician with expanded skills in electrical and instrumentation. The program covers the concepts technicians need to safely install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical instruments and equipment in a range of applications. Students will earn numerous industry recognized certifications. This program is offered in four levels providing students with the flexibility to take a particular level or complete the entire curriculum.

Topics include basic networking concepts including services, physical connections, topologies, and cloud connectivity. You will work with routing technologies, deploy ethernet solutions and configure wireless networks using real equipment. Network operations, security and troubleshooting are also part of the curriculum. This course prepares students for the CompTIA Network+ exam N10-008.

This course introduces students to the foundational business and technical components included in a cloud assessment, including new technology concepts, solutions and benefits to an organization. Students will gain a basic knowledge of cloud services and how those services are provided with Azure. Through hands-on practice using Azure, students will learn the basics of setting up, managing, administering and securing a cloud environment. This course prepares students for two certifications: CompTIA Cloud Essentials+ and Microsoft Azure Foundations.
